Any Indian citizen having an innovative idea

Public funded institutions or organizations
-
Autonomous Organizations or Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860/ Indian Trusts Act, 1882 engaged in the promotion of innovation.
PRISM includes many categories in which category II includes Incentives for patenting, that further has Phase I and Phase II:
Phase I- Innovation Incubation
Phase II- Enterprise Incubation
Requirements
Phase I- Any Indian citizen having innovative ideas
Phase II- PRISM innovators or innovators who have successfully demonstrated proof of concept with the support of other government institutions/agencies.
The maximum grant per Application/ Proposal
Phase 1- Up to 20 lakhs or 90% of the project cost whichever is lower.
Phase 2- Up to 50 lakhs or 50% of the project cost whichever is lower.
